Refund policy

We want you to love your fabric. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. There is no restocking fee.

What can be returned

Everything we sell can be returned, including cut yardage, remnants and sale items, as long as it is:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Uncut: fabric must be in the same single piece it was shipped in
  • Ready-made items (such as pillows and valances) in their original packaging

Items that have been cut, washed, sewn or otherwise used can't be returned.

How to return an item

  1. Pack the item securely.
  2. Include a note with your name and order number.
  3. Mail it to:

Your return must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping. Contact us before sending it back and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different fabric or quantity, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
